PROBLEM
Make a service easy to arrange
A mobile service platform needs to connect the customer's preferred service, place, and time with real operational availability. Dimplez is selected as the portfolio's service-booking example.
DECISIONS
Treat a booking as a stateful commitment
Scheduling deserves explicit rules for concurrent requests, time zones, cancellations, travel time, and notification retries. A booking request and a confirmed appointment should be represented as different states.
EVIDENCE

The application homepage was reachable on 24 October 2026. Booking capabilities follow the owner's approved description. No real customer details, appointments, revenue figures, or concurrency benchmarks are included.
